How to Manage Organic and An-organic Waste in Our School

Maybe we should have to keep our school environment. Because keep environment is very important. One possible way to do that is to manage the organic and an-organic waste. Here is how to manage organic waste and an-organic waste :
  1. Create a poster
  • The poster can be created about taking the waste on the right place.
2. Making trash with which distinguish organic and an-organic
  • By using this way the students can throw trash in its proper place. So that from the way it can be a little help. Because when the waste dumped in landfills, then the trash can immediately distinguish which ones can be recycled and which can not be recycled. With it then that is organic waste can be directly processed into fertilizer plant. 
3. Give sanctions to students who don't dispose of waste in the right place
  • This can help students be penalized, because if he would feel wary and will not repeat again.

Gimbab

Gimbab is a Korean snack food shaped like sushi. Gimbab made of rice wrapped in dried seaweed that has a varied content, such as vegetables, omelet, beef, cheese, and danmuji.

The making of Gimbab :
Fermentation method the ingredients :

  1. 4 sheets of dried seaweed
  2. 2 bowls of rice
  3. 1 egg omelet thinly sliced
  4. 50 grams of carrots (cut like matchcsticks)
  5. 50 grams of danmuji (cut like matchsticks)
  6. 50 grams of spinach (boiled with hot water and add salt, then strain)
  7. 50 grams of beef (cut like matchsticks)
  8. 50 grams of cheese (cut like matchsticks)
  9. 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  10. 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
  11. Pinch of salt and cooking oil
How to make the ingredients :
  1. Mix rice with 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, vinegar, and a few salt, then stir until evenly.
  2. Sauteed carrots with a few oil.
  3. Prepare seaweed, then put the rice in the seaweed.
  4. Add carrot, spinach, omelet, beef, cheese, and danmuji on rice.
  5. Scroll through the contents of seaweed.
  6. Cut into 1cm
  7. Then, put piece on the plate. Gimbab ready to serve.

Bindaetteok

Bindaetteok is a Korean snack shapped like pancakes that contain a mix of mung beans, onion, and kimchi.

The making of Bindaetteok :
Fermentation method the ingredients :
  1. 2 cups dried split mung beans, rinsed in a few change of water
  2. 1/4 cup short grain rice, rinsed
  3. 1/3lb ground pork
  4. 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  5. 1 1/2 cups cabbage kimchi, chopped
  6. 4 ounces mung beans, sprout blanched squeezed to remove moisture
  7. 3 ounces fiddleheads, sliced
  8. 1/2 cup kimchi juice
  9. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  10. Salt and pepper to taste  
How to make the Ingredients :
  1. Combine rinsed mung beans and rice in a large bowl. Add cold water and soak for at least 6 hours up to 24 in the fridge. Drain and rinse them. Set aside.
  2.  Season minced pork with garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Put the beans and rice in the blender and process with 1/4 cup water. Add 1/2 cup kimchi juice for the blade to turn and stir a bit in the process so that they can blend easily. Pour the mixture in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix in pork, kimchi, mung bean sprout, and fem with pureed beans and rice in the bowl.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt pepper, and mix well.
  6. Heat generous amount of oil in the skillet over medium heat and spread 2-3 tablespoonfull of batter. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until it get brown crisp.
  7. Bindaetteok ready to serve.

Green, Pink, and Yellow

Orientation : One day when the English lesson take place at the school, an English teacher told the students a story about colors. After he finished tell that story, he asked the students,"Who can make a sentence using the words green, pink, and yellow?"

Event : A smart student named James quickly raised his hand and answered  that question with the correct answer and said,"When the yellow morning Sun comes, I see a beautiful, girl wearing a pink blouse walking through the green grass".

Twist : A naughty student named Johny raised his hand and answered question from his teacher with saying,"I heard the telephone ringing green.....green, then I pink up the receiver and I said,"Yellow, who's speaking there?"

Doenjangjjigae

Doenjangjjigae a Korean soup dish Doenjang main ingredient. The ingredients for cooking doenjangjjigae vary depending on the season. In summer using mushrooms. And in winter using horseradish leaf.

The making of Doenjangjjigae :
Fermentation method the ingredients :
  1. 1lt of water
  2. 2 teaspoons chicken broth 
  3. 2 tablespoons doenjang
  4. 2 tablespoons gohujang
  5. 2 pieces of potatoes were peeled like dice
  6. 1 piece of carrot were peeled like dice
  7. 1 medium onion chopped small
  8. 1 piece of small cleaved sukini transverse
  9. 4 pieces of mushrooms/horseradish leaf
  10. 1 piece of green chili chopped
  11.  1 piece of red chili chopped
  12. 200gr silken tofu diced
  13. 1 stalk spring onion chopped fine
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Sugar to taste
How process the ingredients :
  1. Heat water with broth and boil until boiling
  2. Add gohujang and doenjang, then stir until dissolved
  3. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, sukini, mushrooms/horseradish leaf, and chili. Cook until vegetables cooked
  4. Add silken tofu, after several minute
  5. Add salt and sugar, then stir
  6. Lift all the ingredients on the bowl
  7. Sprinkle leeks on the soup, and doenjangjjigae ready to serve

Hotteok


Hotteok is Korean snacks that contain sweet peanut paste which round. How to make Hotteok fried in oil. Hotteok cake known in the late 19th century after invented by Chinese traders who settled in Korea. How to make hotteok made from dough mixed with wheat flour and glutinous rice flour diluted with water, added sugar, milk, and yeast. Having left a few hours, the dough can be made up to the balls of the fist. The dough is made fist stuffed with peanuts and cinnamon. So once filled dough, batter fried on a griddle and pressed to slightly flattened. How to make hotteok not only to be fried but baked.

The Monkey and The Chicken

Orientation :
One day in the forest, there lived a monkey and a chicken had a good friend that is a crab. 
Compilcation :
When the monkey goes with the chicken, he feel hungry, and eventually he wanted to eat the chicken by plucking the chicken.
Resolution :
Fortunately, the incident occured near the residence of a friend of the chicken is kind, that the crab so the chicken have recourse to the crab for helped the chicken.
Complication :
When finished listening to the explanation of chicken, crab don't accept. And finally crab and chicken to take revenge to the monkey. They would agree to invite the monkey to sail to the island across the space filled with fruits so that the monkey were attracted to the sail. The monkey finally agreed and when the crab, chicken, and monkey went cross, the chicken peg boat made of clay to sink the boat ride.
Resolution :
See it, the crab and the chicken was not worried. The crab that used to live in the sea, he went swimming and then the chicken was easily fly back to the mainland.
Re-orientation :
When the boat sink, was the monkey who can't swim and he finally come down with the boat.
The end of the fable is happy, because the monkey which misbehave to the chicken have drowned and died.
